What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, which falls under alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. Reiki is not a replacement for traditional medical treatment.
Usui Reiki is followed by Heart2Soul Connection.

How is Reiki done?
During an in-person or remote Reiki session, your Reiki practitioner will lay their hands on your body in a series of hand positions to deliver Reiki energy. You might feel a floating sensation, heat or cold, a tingling sensation, emotional release, increased relaxation, enhanced sense of balance, centeredness, and calm.
Currently only remote Reiki sessions are offered.

2. Help depression by boosting your mood and thereby improve your quality of life
3. Heal emotional and mental distress (nervousness, fear, anger, sadness)

How do I book a Remote Reiki Session?
Contact me via email or via whatsapp on code 0027 636 363 216, and let me know that you wish to have a remote Reiki session. We will then agree on a mutually convenient time as to when you are able to have some quiet time in your home, without cellphone or electronic toys interrupting your session. After your remote Reiki session, I will contact you and provide you with feedback.
Pets respond really well to Reiki
Many pets suffer from stress, trauma or are just in need of some extra tender loving care. Why not book a Remote Reiki Session for your pet, or better still book one for you and your pet!
