Join me every Thursday, commencing the 9th October and ending on Thursday 4th December from 19h00 to 21h00 where we will explore our 7 main chakras in more depth, with each week focusing as detailed below:

Week 1: What are chakras and the concept of subtle energy in relation to our mind, body and spirit.

Week 2: The Base Chakra (Muladhara)

Week 3: The Sacral Chakra (Svadisthana)

Week 4: The Solar Plexus (Manipura)

Week 5: The Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Week 6: The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

Week 7: The 3rd Eye Chakra (Ajna)

Week 8: The Crown Chakras (Sahasrara)

Week 9: An introduction to:

• Earth Star Chakra

• The Hara Chakra

• The Causal Chakra

• The Soul Star

• The Stellar Gateway

Join me on this workshop where we will explore the ancient wisdom of the chakra system which influences everything from your physical well being to your emotional harmony and spiritual connection.

This workshop is for beginners as well as those with more experience wanting to refresh themselves in a safe space about the chakra system.

Participant numbers for this workshop will be limited so we urge you to register early to avoid disappointment. This workshop will be done online so all you need is a good wifi connection.
