Led by TWO Reiki Masters, Gayle and Elaine, this workshop offers a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on balancing the mind, body and spirit through the gentle but powerful practice of Reiki.
During the day, you will:
Learn about the history and principles of Reiki.
Learn about universal life energy.
Learn and practice traditional Reiki hand placements.
Practice healing on yourself as well as other workshop participants.
Learn about the chakra system.
Learn about crystals and their place in healing.
Enjoy an opening and closing guided meditation.
Whether you are new to Reiki or are just looking to deepen your practice, this workshop welcomes people of all levels.
Join us and discover your inner healing abilities, cultivate a sense of peace and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.
Once you have been attuned into Reiki One, you will be able to practice self-healing as well as provide healing for your family and friends.
